Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Tiny Campaign collects, why it is collected, and how it is used.
Who is responsible for your information
Tiny Campaign is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at support@tinycampaign.com.
Information you provide
- Account information, such as your email address, name, and avatar when provided by your sign-in provider.
- Team and invitation details, such as team names, member roles, and invited email addresses.
- Campaign content, such as link names, destination URLs, UTM fields, tracking codes, and campaign settings.
- Billing information handled by Stripe, such as customer and subscription records.
Tracking data
When a campaign link is used or a tracking event is sent, Tiny Campaign may record event metadata such as timestamp, source, referrer, user agent, country, path, query string, and IP-derived hashes. Raw click events are kept for 365 days.
How we use information
- To provide the product, including authentication, team access, tracked links, redirects, reports, and setup tests.
- To protect the service from abuse, spam, fraud, and excessive automated traffic.
- To send service emails such as sign-in links and team invitations.
- To manage subscriptions, billing status, checkout, and billing portal access.
- To improve reliability, debug issues, and understand product usage.
How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers only when needed to run Tiny Campaign, such as hosting, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, and operational tooling. Those providers process information for the service they provide to us.
Your privacy rights
- You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you.
- You can ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
- You can ask us to delete personal information where the law gives you that right.
- You can ask us to restrict or object to some processing of your personal information.
- You can ask for an export of personal information you provided, where portability applies.
- You can contact us about these requests by emailing support@tinycampaign.com.
Your product choices
- You can choose what campaign links, campaigns, team members, and tracking settings you create.
- You can remove team members who should no longer have access.
- You can stop sending tracking events by removing SDK calls, disabling links, or changing your campaign setup.
Security
We use practical safeguards to protect account and tracking data, including signed sessions, hashed secrets where appropriate, access checks, and rate limits. No online service can guarantee perfect security.
Legal limits
Some requests may be limited by legal obligations, security needs, billing records, abuse prevention, or records we need to provide the service. If we cannot complete a request, we will explain why where required.
Children
Tiny Campaign is not intended for children. Do not use Tiny Campaign if you are not old enough to enter into these terms in your location.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product changes. When we make material changes, we will make the updated policy available in the product or on this page.
